Is food allowed arround the swimming pool?
For hygienic reasons, no food or drink is allowed around the pool, except plastic water bottles.
Is there a kids club at the Resort ?
In July and August, there are different clubs to welcome children from 4 to 18 years old. The activities are varied, from coloring to sports tournaments. This service is offered and free to all our guests.
How fare is the beach?
The closest beach is about 1km from us
How can we get from the aiport to the Resort?
There are various car hire companies at the airports. There are also various buses and trains available. The closest bus stop is only a short walk from us.
What time can I access my accommodation?
Camping pitches are available from 3pm and mobile homes from 4pm. If you are going to arrive after 6 pm, please call reception on 00 33 494 560843.
Is wif available on site?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi onsite, if you book direct you will receive between 1 and 4 free connections. Additional connections can be purchased a reception.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, the swimming pool is heated and in low season we cover the pool overnight to maintain the temperature.
Can we put a tent up next to the mobile home?
No, it’s not permitted. However, we have separate camping pitches available, which have their own private bathroom.
How can I get a brochure of the Resort?
To help the environment, we do not normally send out paper brochures. We aim to provide as much information as possible on this website. However, if you do need more information, you can contact us on 00 33 494 56 08 43 or email info@holiday-marina.com
Are pets allowed?
Yes pets are allowed, a maximum of 2 per accommodation. These are to have the relevant vaccination certificate and must be kept on a lead. As a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up any fouling caused by your pet; please respect other guests.
Is it possible to arrive outside of reception opening hours?
This is only possible if your Holiday has been paid in full beforehand; and if we have been notified of your approximate arrival time.
Are sunbeds available at the pool?
Yes, there are single sunbeds as well as double beds and parasols at the pool. During July and August, due to the amount of people at the pool, there is a daily/half daily charge for the double beds, but singles are free of charge. However, at all other times this is a free service.
Are BBQ's allowed on the site?
Only gas BBQ’s are allowed. Charcoal is not permitted, due to the potential fire risk.
Can swimming shorts be worn in the pool?
No, only swimming trunks, lycra style to be worn. Shorts are strictly forbidden.
